International Submissions - Clarifications
Due to increased international interest and multiple inquiries into the requirements for international submissions, an addendum to the Competition Brief will include clarifications for international entries.
Below are several highlights from the addendum which will be posted to the "Downloads" page (www.clevelandcompetition.com/downloads.html) within the next few days:
- 2007 Cleveland Design Competition is open to the international community
- International entrants must consider international shipping regulations and delivery times to ensure that submission packages arrive before the May 1, 2007 Submission Deadline
- While international entries are subject to all rules and regulations defined in the competition brief, international submissions are not required to mount presentation materials; if the entrant chooses to submit loose presentation materials in a roll, members of the Advisory Committee will clip the presentation materials to a 24"x36" black foam board
- International entries are not required to pay an additional registration fee
- Entry fees are required in U.S. currency (checks and money orders) and awards will be issued in U.S. currency
